For new devices, battery protection mode may enabled if the watch has not been used and need to sit on the charger for a while (3+ minutes) before the charging screen appears. If the charging screen appears but begins flashing, give it 30 minutes, then take the watch off the charger, put it back on and allow it to charge overnight. This one time step should fix the issue.
Please follow these steps to resolve the charging issue on your Q7 smartwatch:
1. Leave the watch on the charger for 30 minutes to one hour (make sure the charging pins are placed properly on the watch and the contacts are free of dirt or debris).
2. After that, remove the watch from the charger and then place it back on for a few hours to fully charge the device.
3. If the watch is blinking while charging, a one-time overnight charge will be needed.

I need a new charger thank you
Because the old charger I have is broken I need a new charger could you help me purchase a new charger or where can I get one from thank you
I bought a watch back in February got the watch the doesn’t work all it did was blink charging for a whole week ordered a new one and now it’s doing the same thing. And I was told I couldn’t get a refund so are you guys going to keep sending out replacements that just doesn’t work. This was a waste of money.
